Project Manager

• Responsibilities
• Report to Senior Project Manager and communicate with all project team members
• Update status of individual services
• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub-contractors and vendors wtc on site to ensure project requirement are met
• Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders
• Prepare and create detailed work schedule, manpower and resource planning
• Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design etc
• To prepare submission of materials and drawings
• To identify possible technical problems and seek for solution
• Coordinate safety management system on site
• Supervise project deliverables regarding site co-ordination and installation of M&E works
• Follow up and reporting on project progress
• Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice
• All other ad-hocs tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualifications
• Min 3 years working experience in project co-ordination/site supervision
