DESCRIPTION:
Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity.
- Experience in a project management methodology - Prince2, PMP is preferred.
- Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate the actions of multiple parties.
- Multitasking ability necessary to move from one task to another at a fast pace.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Basic accounting skills to track spending and stick to a budget.
- Knowledge of risk management to identify potential legal liabilities and take steps to mitigate them.
- Good networking skills to build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Attention to details with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports in accordance with company’s policy.
- Execute project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
- Influence positively in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Manage expectations of all interested parties.
- Prepare project budgets and track project cost to ensure delivery is within the approved budget.
- Ensure deliverables are on time within budget, and at the required level of quality.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the projects as established during the planning phase.
- Document project phases and ensure that all data related to the project is stored and accessible.
- Provide regular and timely updates to stakeholders about project status.
