KNOWLEDGE BASE MANAGEMENT

• Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base encompassing organizational information, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document relevant information in the knowledge base.
• Implement systems and processes to ensure the knowledge base remains up-to-date and accessible to the organization.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators related to knowledge base usage, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelors degree in relevant subject area
• Graduate degree a plus
• PMP or similar certification a plus
• Background in project management, operations, finance, computer science
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Proficient in project planning software (ex: MS project), Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Tableau and Sales Force a plus
  Familiarity with knowledge base platforms and content management systems a plus
  The base salary for this role is $100,000-$105,000 USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
