Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
Certifications: Active PMP and an Agile/SAFe Certification
Overview: Kreative Technologies is in search of an experienced Project Manager with a background working in a DOD environment. The candidate will be responsible for working with multiple new technologies and managing business processes. Candidate must participate in a team atmosphere and have the ability to research and solve problems. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as the candidate will be required to communicate with management and Government personnel. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of planning and tracking, demonstrating the ability to drive results, solve problems, execute team management, and manage scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing user business problems and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Prepares communications, briefings, and make presentations on recommendations on system enhancements or alternatives.
• Act as a functional expert for business processes
• Work closely with management and Government personnel
• Coordinate with a team of developers and system engineers to continually sustain and improve the product and stay on schedule.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of technical project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• Agile/SAFe certification
• Active PMP certification
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize efforts in a fast-paced environment
• Experience writing technical documents in unambiguous prose, such as User Guides and alternative Courses of Action
• Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-oriented focus
• Experience working in a DoD environment or federal government agency environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
