Your team

  • Working as part of the Delivery team assisting in the continued deployment of projects into the LGT Crestone business.
  • Working alongside business managers, delivery team members and platform team members including developers within the reporting structure of the Chief Operating Officer.

Your Role

  • Facilitate team ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and other ceremonies as required.
  • Foster an environment for high performance and facilitate the team to be more productive and effective.
  • Work closely with the Product Owners to facilitate the delivery of priortised initatives.
  • Facilitate the estimation of initiatives, working closely with the Business Analyst, Developers and Quailty Analysts.
  • Develop plans including indentifying work required, resourcing required, scheduling of activities and budget planning.
  • Coordinate initiatives across teams, working with others project managers, managing dependencies, rhythms and meeting cadences.
  • Manage the risk, quality and progress ensuring implementation on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of non-technical components including business stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness, engaging with the relevant support functions as necessary.
  • Regularly communicate and update key stakeholders on project deliverables with timely escalation of any issues impacting project timelines or costs.
  • Run the required project governance forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups.
  • Along with other Project Managaers, plan and facilitate Big Room Planning/ PI Sessions.
  • Evalute and identify improvements to inform future projects and to our LGT Crestone delivery framework.

Your skills & experience

  • 5+ years Project Management experience.
  • Experience delivering complex, cross functional projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile project management methodology.
  • 5+ years financial services experience, including knowledge of securities (e.g. Wealth, Asset Management, Securities dealing or custody, Credit Products).
  • Experience in financial platforms, ideally Avaloq.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies.
