Description:

Interior contracting firm on the path of improvement and growth. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion, with a particular focus on Interior Works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant degree from university recognised by PE Board of Singapore
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in project management of A&A works
  • Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership to lead a team of dedicated project team members
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
  • Certification in “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers”

Work Location: Kakit bukit

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion
  • Involvement in proposal and tendering phase to provide insights and advice
  • Collaborate with Client, Consultant Teams and Sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are met, and overall construction progress are within time schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances and documentation are in place
  • Ensure that work meets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plans and contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and company ISO standards.
  • Lead a team of project team members to identify and mitigate project risks, and solve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support the Project Director in any other Project Management related activitie
