Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assist in project planning and ensuing efficient organization of labor, equipment, and materials, whilst assisting in contract planning, risk assessment, and supporting tender processes to ensure project success.
- Ensure successful project delivery by efficient management of budgets, supplier engagement, and contract compilation ensuring adherence to objectives, alongside proactive identification and resolution of issues, coordination of contract variations and continuous improvement efforts to optimize project outcomes.
- Review repetitive reports and monitor financial data ensuring accurate costings and revenue is captured, whilst supporting budget targets, maintaining adherence to contractual obligations to facilitate informed decision-making and alignment with accounting measures and policies.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder engagement with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, conducting effective negotiations, supporting client-driven teams and providing market solutions.
- Lead the performance of the team, setting and managing KPIs, fostering a positive culture, providing coaching, maintaining effective communication channels, supporting change initiatives and nurturing a productive and compliant work environment.
- Ensure projects meet HSE standards through strategic implementation, leading by example, actively monitoring safety processes, promoting incident reporting and corrective actions, maintaining compliance, and overseeing site setup
