Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Professionally & conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act.
- Co-ordinate and monitor projects
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
- Co-ordination and technical / site meeting with all levels (Owners, Architects, Main Contractors, QS, Project Engineers etc.)
- Respond to all email correspondence and claim submission within timelines
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess basic Diploma in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) &
- Construction Safety Course.
- Minimum 8 years in Project Management experience is desired.
- Good command in both written & spoken in English.
- Self-motivated and committed to works.
- 6 days week.
