Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering/architecture, with high degree of knowledge of MEP trades
- Several years of operational experience in the construction of high tech projects ("Mission Critical Facilities")
- High level of leadership, motivation and commitment
- Teamplayer with strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for project assignments in Germany and other European countries
Responsibilities:
- Leading a project team for building construction projects in future markets such as battery factories / data centers or other high tech projects in Germany or other European countries
- Participation in the acquisition, bidding and negotiation process
- Fully responsible for the project delivery (technical, economic, qualitative, scheduling, organizational and contractual)
- Responsibility for revenue, cost and project result
- Comprehensive project management including coordination and control of all services of internal and external project participants
