As Project Manager within our Data & Foundational AI group you will bridge vision and practicality, turning nascent ideas into impactful solutions that solve real problems. You will play a key role in enabling innovation and efficiencies, while managing expectations, adhering to timelines, and maintaining budget discipline. Reporting directly to the Strategy Lead, your contributions will elevate our game development processes and establish new standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and detailed mapping of resources, including personnel, datasets, technology stacks, and current processes, essential for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on strategic value, feasibility, and potential impact on the company.
• Manage the development of Proof of Concept (POC) projects, ensuring that they align with the company’s values, vision and objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Data Management, Software development, Game Studios, and other Publishing Functions, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, applying agile methodologies and tools to ensure adaptive and responsive project execution.
• Address and mitigate risks, solving project-related issues proactively to maintain progress and quality standards.
• Facilitate the transition of successful POCs to scalable, production-ready solutions, aligning with company-wide strategies and goals.
• Establish and maintain communication channels, providing regular updates to all stakeholders, including executive leadership, on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative culture, encouraging innovation, and ensuring that AI solutions complement and enhance creative and operational processes.
• Continuously assess project performance against established KPIs, adapting project scopes and resources as needed to optimize results.
