Tasks
What does the Project Manager do?

You will be tasked with the Project lead for clinical trials in our company, including:

  • Oversee and coordinate national and international clinical trials
  • Deliver in accordance with your timelines and ensure objectives and time scales are met
  • Communicate with Sponsor, external vendors, and internal project team
  • Preparation and submission of regulatory submission packages including communication with the respective regulatory authorities
  • Manage the overall budgeting activities within the project
  • Ensure appropriate tools and procedures according to the project requirements
  • Establish and lead a project team

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Natural Science or related areas and at least 3 years’ experience in project management and/or regulatory affairs
  • Ability to work with other departments and project teams, capacity to develop and maintain positive relationships at work and with internal and external clients
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under time pressure, to prioritize work, and to perform tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Pro-activity, ability to work independently, decision-making skills
  • Team lead experience is of advantage
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English; computer skills
  • This job requires a physical presence Germany (DE). Therefore, an EU work permit is required
