Our objective with Lotti as an interactive companion is to simplify complex technology, instill confidence and proficiency, to ensure that our elder population remains integrated and engaged in our rapidly advancing digital world.
We raised a €1m pre-seed round from renowned VC funds (FJ Labs, IBB Ventures) and have launched our MVP.
We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Junior Project Manager m/f/d (working student or as an intern) in Berlin to join our team. In close collaboration with our ceo & founder Joya, you will help to set up the operational processes of Silber Salon and our AI Lotti.
Aufgaben

What you will work on

• Event Management: Support Joya in dealing with business partners and organize inspiring member events, from planning to implementation.
• Operations: Plan, implement and monitor projects to meet goals for our warehouse database.
• Reporting: Create and maintain program documents such as status reports and protocols and help create presentations.

Qualifikation

What you bring along

• Academic background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications & Media or similar.
• Language: German language skills at native speaker level (is a must).
• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. You are an adept problem solver and can approach complex problems from different angles.
• Communication: You liaise between stakeholders and communicate complex contexts simply and clearly, both in German and English.
• Ambition and willingness to learn: You are highly motivated to turn ideas into action and continuously strive to learn new things and take on challenges.
• Result-Oriented: Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and results. Ability to manage complex inner- and cross-product intricacies and performance.
