As Project Manager, you will take on full accountability for successful management and delivery of end to end projects - including initiation and planning, execution, controlling, communicating and closure of projects using the relevant project governance. You must ensure that realistic project plans are created and validated using your available resources, maintained and delivered, with regular and accurate communication to internal stakeholders and our customers.
Other key responsibilities include adhering to Tradebyte’s delivery processes and governance, management of any change control procedure for projects, and that project deliverables are completed and signed off within agreed cost, timescales and resource allocation. You will work closely with other business areas to influence and outline deliverables, estimates and schedules.

• You are responsible for different project types within Tradebyte – these include integrations, business transformation and change projects as well as technical projects for our largest customers
• You outline project deliverables using scoping documents and with relevant timescales
• You take over the risk management and mitigation for the entire project plan through to closure
• You create and execute accurate and clear plans that deliver the expected ROI/value/benefits
• You work with appropriate parties to plan project resource requirements and ensure the resources attached to the project have the suitable skills, and are assigned appropriately
• You own and drive projects from initiation and planning to successful launch and closure
• You work closely with other internal business functions to ensure collaboration and partnership working is embedded throughout to deliver projects successfully
• You can create a clear understanding about technical topics and can transform in an understandable way to different stakeholders
• They ensure that project teams capture effort, actively evaluate project performance and drive lessons learned/retrospectives
