YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
• Strong client service and customer orientation, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and composure under pressure.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in budget and deadline management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in both technical and design-related aspects of event production.
• Keen awareness and understanding of current trends in digital tools and technologies within the event industry.
• Thrives in a team environment and possesses a confident and reliable demeanor.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

This role offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to act as the central point of contact for managing and delivering exceptional event experiences. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial client briefings and concept development to final execution and reporting. You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients, internal departments, and external partners alike, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative event concepts for virtual, hybrid, and face-to-face event formats, including trade shows.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal departments, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client needs into creative and impactful event solutions.
• Leverage industry knowledge and stay current with emerging trends and technologies to propose innovative product ideas and ensure effective project execution.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budget reports, timelines, and client communications.
