Your responsibilities

• Interdisciplinary management of technical investment or optimization projects, including risk and stakeholder management
• Creating and tracking project plans in collaboration with the specialist departments
• Tracking important project milestones and budget responsibility for project costs
• Participation in the planning of maintenance and operating costs as well as budget and investment planning
• Preparing decision papers and assisting in the decision-making process
• Management and coordination of external partners and suppliers as well as supervision of external service providers for maintenance and repair measures
• Creating and reviewing of requirement and functional specifications
• Analyzing weak points and initiating and implementing process improvements
• Supporting national and international inspections

Your profile

• Engineering degree in the field of process or pharmaceutical engineering, alternatively comparable qualification paired with several years of professional experience
• Comprehensive knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical process engineering and GMP
• Experience in supplier management as well as project management and technical leadership of small teams
• Experienced handling of MS Office, in particular MS Project and MS Visio, and ideally SAP
• Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and verbal
