JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of engineering and construction of projects. You will be responsible for a range of key responsibilities that ensure project success, safety, quality, and adherence to cost and schedule constraints. Reporting to the Management – Construction Services .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Master Degree in Business Administration.
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Must be familiar with submission process of documents for local authorities’ approval.
• Good interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.

• Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.
• Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management.
• Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
• Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
• Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting works.
• Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
• Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environmental control measures.
• Tender in Building projects, Method Statement, Technical Submission and Evaluation.
