This is a high visibility portfolio management role that will provide commercial, contractual and technical assurance across the portfolio of capital projects delivering the University’s ongoing major capital development programme. The role will be pivotal to the success of the capital programme by having responsibility for the smooth coordination of the whole portfolio of projects and programme of works, and for leading the Project Managers in maintaining the highest quality standards across a number of key aspects of the development process including contract, cost management, design, programme, communications, safety and sustainability.
Post status: 4 Year Fixed-Term Contract
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Senior Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€91,540 - €118,209 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
