MAN Energy Solutions’ retrofit standard portfolio consists of a broad range of products and solutions, all with the purpose of optimizing the two-stroke engines in operation. We do this by providing our customers with solutions for lowering running costs, fuel savings, improving availability and meeting modern emission legislations.
Your knowledge on handling customers and internal stakeholders, along with your ability to transform challenges into solutions, will contribute to your success in this role. We work in SAP (our ERP system) as our project and order handling tool, so having SAP experience will be an advantage for you to succeed in this position.

You will:

• Be responsible from order confirmation in SAP to final project delivery to the customer (including preparation and coordination of service jobs with customers and service hubs)
• Be responsible for closing projects and final invoicing
• Coordinate delivery status with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, classification, technical service, product management department etc.
• Develop and own project/order execution processes
• Be the customer’s point of contact for all technical and commercial questions during the project execution phase
• Participate in customer meetings with technical inputs together with key account and sales managers
