KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills to manage and lead projects and initiatives.
- Liaison with technical teams to ensure professionalism, operational efficiency, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure well-communicated project initiatives.
- Collaborative work with our Service Partner.
- Provide project leadership and advocacy to Mercy Health.

Responsibilities:
Join Mercy Health’s Technology Team during this exciting period of digital transformation and growth in our Health and Healthy Ageing services. The Project Manager for Managed Print Services will oversee the deployment of a new print solution, reporting to the Director of Technology Operations. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a timely and on-budget implementation with a high level of customer satisfaction is crucial.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role based at Mercy Health’s support offices in Richmond.
