Company Summary:
My client is large national builder an excellent reputation in the Queensland market spanning over 40 years of proven success delivering projects in excess of $40m+ specialising in the commercial project market. This organisation has had a successful 2023 and already being awarded projects in the last month, these guys are well and truly geared up for an incredible start to 2024 and beyond. They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including education, residential apartments, health, community and much more. A diverse range of project experience is advantageous.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, honest, and reliable to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+
