Company Summary:
I have partnered exclusively with a well-known builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland and New South Wales market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects more than $60m+, specialising in the commercial project market. With a strong finish to 2023, and already off to an incredible start to 2024, turning down work as they are too busy! They are now hiring a Project Manager due to growth/project wins.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry. And with a strong list of repeat clients, the pipeline is strong until 2026 and beyond.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including residential apartments, industrial, retail, health, community, and much more. A diverse range of project experience is advantageous.
The project is in a prime location on the Gold Coast and is for medium-rise beachfront luxury apartments. My client is looking for an experience Project Manager who has completed 2-3 multi-residential projects over their career. You’ll be working closely with a highly experience team in high-rise space.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in their Gold Coast office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a natural-born leader, self-motivated, honest, team player, and reliable to step into this role and join the team.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $50m+
