Key Accountabilities

• Oversee development and delivery of tailored/customized content solutions to the client.
• Coordinate and manage the resources required for delivery of customized solutions.
• Interface with key groups in Tailoring team and other Skillsoft business units as required.
• Maintain appropriate documentation, including status reports.
• Interact effectively with internal and external partners/clients in a consultative/support fashion.
• Conduct projects in alignment with the overall business objectives of the company.

Technologies

• Microsoft Office Suite – Project, PPT, Word, Excel, etc.
• Familiarity with all internet technologies and concepts.
• Familiarity with most common operating systems and network implementations.
• Familiarity with media design tools and formats - ex. Adobe products, video etc (preferred but

not essential)

Requested Education

• A bachelor’s degree is essential
• MBA or Masters would be an advantage
• Project Management qualification would be an advantage

Requested Experience
This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience with customer service, project management,
and a focus on delivering solutions.
