REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with technology services, preferably oriented to the administration and coordination of activities.
• ITIL 4 certification

• Guarantee that the service operation processes are fulfilled as agreed.
• Generate the reports required by the company and/or by the client.
• Analyze critical tasks, work estimates, problem control, communications and documentation
  What we need to see from you:
  Profile: Systems engineer or related careers with at least four years of experience in coordinating highly complex technological projects focused on Managed services.
