Description:
PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
- Consolidating Microsoft environments across People First Bank following the merger of People’s Choice Credit Union and Heritage Bank
- Migration of existing brand emails to a new single brand email across the organisation
- Consolidate and decommission legacy Microsoft on-premise services
- Work with key external vendors to deliver a single unified Microsoft environment
- Work closely with other Integration programs and projects to manage dependencies and impacts of changing Microsoft environments
QUALIFICATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
- Degree/Diploma in relevant studies (business/commerce, technology, engineering and/or Project, Portfolio and Program management)
- Project management and/or finance related qualifications (desirable)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (highly desirable)
- Agile certification (desirable)
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Project Manager to spearhead our Microsoft Environment Consolidation project due to the integration of Heritage Bank and People’s Choice Credit Union. This will involve addressing various elements such as email domains, SharePoint, and tenancy.
You’ll partner with all technical stakeholders to manage project delivery and achieve desired strategic and tactical business outcomes. This will include managing the scope, schedule, financials, risks, quality, and resources of projects to organisational standards and in line with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) Framework.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Managing all aspects within the project management lifecycle which will include coordinating business cases and project plans, identifying and allocating resources, developing and managing budgets, meeting reporting requirements.
- Developing strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of all aspects of project implementation
- Leading and managing project teams to successfully deliver all key objectives, milestones, deliverables and outcomes.
- Managing relationships and communications with key stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance with established standards and assurance stage requirements
