Our Quality Department is looking for a dynamic and motivated “Project Manager”.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You will have/be:

• Results oriented, focused and with interpersonal skills that drive and motivate teams;
• Pharmaceutical or equivalent organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Degree in Health-related field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, etc) or any other field where project management skills are extensively used to drive complex projects;
• Certification in Project Management (desirable);
• Experience in Transformation and Digitilization (desirable);
• Experience in the production of solid, liquid, semi-solid and sterile pharmaceutical forms (desirable);
• Experience in validation of manufacturing processes;
• Good knowledge of Information Technology and English fluency.

• Management of ranging-complexity projects whilst contacting with global clients and internal stakeholders in order to drive the timelines, the detailed project plan and controlling the budget;
• Projects may include new product developments, technology transfers and portfolio management;
• Undertake process characterisations, performance qualification and continued verification of ongoing product portfolio;
• Participate in local projects in order to drive improvements and aid in digitilisation.
