Project Manager

The Project Manager will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be accountable for leading and delivery of projects through to completion, while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Lead by example and set the bar for those around you by inspiring and coaching your team on safety.
• Approximately 75% spent in office planning, scheduling, and maintaining customer satisfaction. 25% of the time and supporting the team in person.
• Ensure scope of work is being completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Assist with the development of estimating strategy.
• Ensure all projects are well planned, organized, and identify checkpoints to remain on schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of a Construction Management diploma or Engineering degree preferred.
• Completion of or working towards completion of the PMP designation is an asset.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience on commercial or industrial projects.
• Ability to organize, develop, communicate, and execute on budgets, schedule, quality, risks etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs as required.
• In-depth understanding of prevailing project management methods.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in both team and self-directed environments.
