JOB DESCRIPTION

Being part of the IFF Nourish Commercial Group, as a Project Manager, you will be based in our Dubai offices. You will continue to maintain and grow key relationships, identify business development opportunities as well as effectively planning strategies while proposing sufficient action plan.
As Project Manager, you will report to our Sub-Regional Leader, Africa.
Your responsibilities
- Strategy: Own the Strategic Agenda of Africa in partnership with Group Leaders; covering Strategy formulation, ongoing Strategy Tracking, and proposed corrective actions.
- Analytics: Be the sub-region’s champion in Performance tracking, reporting, and analytics (On Going reporting for Sub-Regional/Country Group on Sales, CP, Pipeline, wins…etc).
- Business Development: Help identify, formulate, and execute key sub-regional business development opportunities (in partnership with relevant stakeholders). This can take various lenses (Customer, Geography, category, technology, Channel…etc.)
- Commercial Enablement: Act as the Commercial Excellence champion for the Sub-region, help identify & facilitate through relevant stakeholders’ areas of improvement for commercial success. Trainings, capability, tools…etc.
- Chief of Staff: Act as a right hand to a Sub regional leader, helping with strategic planning, decision-making, and overall management of key initiatives.
