EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Completion of a college or university program in computer science, business administration, or healthcare
• Project management certification or commensurate work experience
• Continuing professional development to stay current with industry standards

DUTIES:

• Project Planning
• Create comprehensive project plans for the implementation and upgrade of Novari Health software solutions, detailing scope, resources, timelines, and milestones.
• Engage with healthcare providers to understand their specific needs and tailor project plans accordingly.
• Team Leadership and Coordination
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and coordination of team efforts to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the main point of contact for all project communications, maintaining transparency with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and successes.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure project objectives align with their operational goals and that they are fully engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management
• Identify and assess potential risks to project timelines and outcomes, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review and adjust project plans as needed to navigate any obstacles encountered during the implementation or upgrade process.
• Quality Assurance
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet Novari Health’s high standards and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Testing teams to ensure thorough testing of software implementations and upgrades.
• Project Closure and Evaluation
• Conduct formal project closure activities, including the transfer of necessary documentation and knowledge to support and operational teams.
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, assess project success, and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
