Description:

Our Novari Access to Care® integrated software platform includes modules that enable eReferrals, coordinated care, telemedicine, eBooking, wait list management and air traffic control like functionality, that helps patients get the right care at the right time by the right provider.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Completion of a college or university program in computer science, business administration, or healthcare
- Project management certification or commensurate work experience
- Continuing professional development to stay current with industry standards
Responsibilities:
DUTIES:
- Project Planning
- Create comprehensive project plans for the implementation and upgrade of Novari Health software solutions, detailing scope, resources, timelines, and milestones.
- Engage with healthcare providers to understand their specific needs and tailor project plans accordingly.
- Team Leadership and Coordination
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and coordination of team efforts to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project communications, maintaining transparency with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and successes.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure project objectives align with their operational goals and that they are fully engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management
- Identify and assess potential risks to project timelines and outcomes, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Regularly review and adjust project plans as needed to navigate any obstacles encountered during the implementation or upgrade process.
- Quality Assurance
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet Novari Health’s high standards and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Testing teams to ensure thorough testing of software implementations and upgrades.
- Project Closure and Evaluation
- Conduct formal project closure activities, including the transfer of necessary documentation and knowledge to support and operational teams.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, assess project success, and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
