Description:

SUMMARY

Coordinate and lead the strategic projects from the site. Monitor progress of projects, overseeing budget and timeline and escalate as required. Provide support in developing and implementing the medium- and long-term site strategy, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision of the site and Novartis Technical Operations (NTO).

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinate and lead the strategic projects from the site.
  • Monitor progress of projects, overseeing budget and timeline and escalate as required.
  • Provide support in developing and implementing the medium- and long-term site strategy, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision of the site and Novartis Technical Operations (NTO).
  • Ensure optimal collaboration and synergies among various units to continuously improve internal processes and seamlessly fulfill business objectives.
  • Sponsor OpEx initiatives. Promote an OpEx culture and best practice sharing
  • Build and sustain a strong network in and outside the organization.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • University degree
  • Languages: fluent in German and English
  • Experience: Ideally 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry

For this position the minimum salary is € 54,735.38 /year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
