KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead and oversee all aspects of project management and implementation including preparing plans and documentation, utilising appropriate established governance, and meeting reporting requirements to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and in line with the organisation’s project management methodology
• Identify, manage, and monitor project risk
• Create, update, and maintain project schedules
• Develop and deliver project reports, including project status reports
• Deliver quality project documentation
• Produce key management deliverables and manage the finances, risks and issues associated with one or more projects run in parallel
• Create and deliver a complete range of IT project documents
• Communicate, negotiate, and liaise effectively with a wide range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner
• Anticipate, manage and resolve problems and identify and contain risks that may occur within the project
• Achieve successful outcomes through collaborative and cooperative means.
• Communicate and interact appropriately with senior departmental officers, members of an independent judiciary, vendor management and fellow team members
• Interpret information, use initiative, and recommend appropriate action
