PROJECT MANAGER

Duration: Short-Term Employment (Potential for Extension)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of our upcoming 9-week intense Project Coordinator course. This individual will play a crucial role in finalizing the course curriculum, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the successful delivery of the program.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to finalize course content and structure.
Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate logistics for the course, including venue selection, materials preparation, and participant registration.
Oversee the recruitment and training of instructors and facilitators.
Monitor the progress of the course and implement adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants throughout the duration of the program.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the course and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the field of education or professional development.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience developing and delivering training programs is a plus.
Experience in bio recycling or related technologies would be an asset.
