Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for the OneAD Domain Servers Migration project, ensuring adherence to best practices, guidelines, and allocated budgets.
• Identify project benefits during the initiation phase and develop processes to measure and track these benefits throughout the project.
• Implement appropriate project management methodologies (Waterfall or Agile) to ensure efficient execution of project activities.
• Define and manage a portfolio of sub-projects essential for the successful execution of the OneAD migration plan.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure accurate execution, and facilitate design sessions to extract stakeholder needs.
• Manage procurement processes, including obtaining and reviewing quotes, creating expenditure requests, and overseeing supplier management in collaboration with the technical team.
• Provide regular status reports and lead review sessions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Strong background in server domain management, with significant experience in Windows migration projects.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in clear, layman’s terms.
• Self-driven individual with exceptional self-prioritization skills, adept at tracking project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure project objectives are met.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, with a demonstrated track record of successful project management.
• Familiarity with various project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
• University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset, though not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a collaborative and adaptable approach to work.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
