OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong background in procurement processes design, implementation and optimization (Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, SRM, Risk Management) across multiple procurement systems.
• Strong leadership skills, including ability to collaborate professionally with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Experience with different businesses, procurement categories and organizations
• Professional Skills: Analytical, Detail Oriented, Proactive, Collaborative, Self-Motivated,
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• A strong team player and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required, Master’s degree is preferred
• 5-8 years of work experience in procurement management or consulting with min. 3 years of strategic procurement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English and Polish, German as a plus.
• Experience in using different procurement software and ERPs.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Vision, Word, etc.
