Project Manager / Order Processing Specialist

ABOUT US:

EAM Mosca (Canada) Ltd. is a leading supplier of strapping machinery and has been in business for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Specialist to support our growing business.

• Manage the process of order customer service, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Obtain technical clarification before release for production and communicate and track specification changes during the project timeline with customers, project partners and our internal departments.
• Initiate and moderate kick-off meetings, clarification meetings and pre-installation meetings
• Coordinate with the purchasing team/vendors to secure inventory.
• Enter orders, order parts through the supplier portal and track shipment through to customer delivery, keeping internal systems up to date with delivery information (Salesforce).
• Follow up with sales team and/or customers on pending orders, delivery and installation timelines, and any issues related to their orders.
• Assure accuracy of inventory before shipping.
• Check final Bill of Material into the system.
• Process customer invoices.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining internal databases.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
