ABOUT THE ROLE

The Owners Engineering (OE) team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an engaging, Project Manager who can leverage and develop the strengths of our established and experienced team and support us through the energy transition.
Our OE team strives to develop long-term partnerships with our customers, acting as their trusted advisor from the earliest layouts through construction. Our Customers are at the forefront of the energy transition. Our team is nimble, and driven by our mission to ensure renewable energy projects are safely and sustainably designed, constructed and installed.
L’quipe d’ingnierie du propritaire (IP) connat une croissance rapide, et nous recherchons un chef de projet captivant qui peut exploiter et dvelopper les forces de notre quipe tablie et exprimente, et nous soutenir dans la transition nergtique.
Notre quipe IP s’efforce de dvelopper des partenariats long terme avec nos clients, agissant en tant que conseiller de confiance depuis les premires esquisses jusqu’ la construction. Nos clients sont l’avant-garde de la transition nergtique. Notre quipe est agile et motive par notre mission de garantir que les projets d’nergie renouvelable soient conus, construits et installs de manire sre et durable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop new leads through Customer meetings and thought leadership to develop OE business opportunities
• Support strategy development for new service implementation and core service growth, including wind, solar and solar + storage
• Providing project management for small to large projects, including the following activities
• Improve efficiencies by continued refinement of team best practices, processes, bidding support, and project management tools
• Willingness to enthusiastically explore new customers, markets, and technical approaches to our work on a regular basis
