    Are you ready to be a key player in an expanding restaurant group poised for significant growth? Our dynamic team is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Property Team as we move into an exciting period of growth,
  • A bit about us

With a vision to acquire and open new sites and elevate our existing ones, we’re on the edge of expanding and are searching for a strategic hire to support our Property Director to deliver our growth plans and take ownership of Property Projects as well as support with the rollout of our Openings Pipeline.+ A bit about the role

  • Work closely with the Property Director on design vision and refurbishment projects
  • Build strategic relationships with Designers on scheme
  • Coordinate with Contractors/Suppliers to tender and price works
  • Work within budgets guidelines through value engineering with contractors/supplier
  • Deliver refurb projects on schedule adhering to budgets, standards and quality
  • Carryout regular Property Maintenance surveys for existing estate
  • Manage reactive maintenance schedule for existing estate
  • Liaise with the Maintenance and Compliance Manager on ad-hoc maintenance requirements

  • A bit about you
    We’re seeking an individual with an eye for design, although you won’t need to be an interior designer along with experience with working with Quantity Surveyors. You will have experienced Project Management for openings and ideally, you’ll have worked with externals in the hospitality industry, understanding the intricacies of budgets, tender processes, cost analysis, and value engineering.
    If you’re currently in a larger organisation, feeling the constraints and yearning for more creative expression, this role could be your perfect fit. Your design experience should be sharp, keeping an eye on trends and influencing our aesthetic decisions.

  • What Sets You Apart
    While your primary focus won’t be on legal matters, experience in CAPEX, general maintenance, and reinvestment planning will be a significant asset. A portfolio of trusted contractors will be beneficial in ensuring our projects are executed seamlessly.
