As a Project Manager, Product Development at Cannondale, you will lead product development to success from concept to market introduction through effective management of scope, schedule, budget, and vendor relationships. This role includes reporting and data management as well as future planning and resource management. The Project Manager will participate and lead process improvement initiatives within the development group and cross-functional departments. In essence, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating project success and fostering continuous improvement within the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years experience managing projects.
- Must have experience in MS Project or related project management tools (i.e.: Asana, Workfront).
- Strong leadership skills.
- Accountable and results driven.
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with process mapping.
- PMP and/or Six Sigma Certification a plus.
