Providence St. Joseph Revenue Cycle’s objective is to provide a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and share comprehensive and highly specialized revenue cycle expertise with its hospitals and affiliates. The Revenue Integrity/CDM System Liaison will ensure that PSJH Epic deployments are planned and executed in a manner that supports the PSJH mission for integration, and collaboration across the enterprise including partners, and affiliates. The Revenue Integrity/CDM System Liaison assists in managing Epic Deployments, upgrades, and growth and alignment projects related to Revenue Integrity/Chargemaster for PSJH hospital ministries, Community Technology Partners, and hospital affiliates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business, Nursing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 5 years Experience in hospital Chargemaster, or in the healthcare industry including experience in a multi-hospital and/or integrated healthcare system with strong knowledge of departmental charging methods, hospital finance principles, and regulatory billing requirements.
  • 3 years Operational performance improvement and/or project management experience.
  • 3 years Experience working within Epic.
  • 3 years Experience and proven proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications including MS Project.
  • 1 year Experience using MS Teams, Zoom, other remote meeting software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • within 1 year of hire HB Revenue Integrity CDM Epic certification through EPIC Madison.
  • upon hire: Healthcare Finance Certificate issued by HFMA.
