Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Function as the representative/contact point amongst client stakeholders,

Platform/Product/System owners and implementation teams.

• Manage and coordinate project delivery through the full cycle of Requirements,

Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Post-Deployment.

• Follow a robust project management framework to identify RAID (Risks,

Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

• Communicate with various stakeholders, provide progress reports and appropriate

escalation reports.

• Detailed project management responsibilities include:

o Translate requirements to user stories through requirement grooming.
o Optimise resource utilisation in project planning, define acceptance criteria
and definition of Done.
o Improve processes and the overall approach where necessary and
contributing back to development.
o Manage project estimates, milestone tracking and invoicing support to
finance team.
o Manage deployment process, runbook, and release notes.
o Manage product backlog items and backlog refinement for priority and
value creation.
o Provide client support post the production deployment of Quantifeed
software.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in a BA/project management role
• Knowledge of project management, delivery implementation, and change

management principles

• Knowledge of Agile, and scrum project methodology, experience with behaviourdriven development and automation testing
• Ability to manage across techno-functional aspects of the projects with hands-on

experience working with cloud services

• Experience in engaging with senior client stakeholders
• Mathematical, capital market, and wealth management background with

understanding of financial markets, wealth management products and trade flows

(such as Funds, ETFs, Stocks)

• Preferred experience working with robo advisory, digitalization projects in wealth,

capital markets, or BFSI tech related domains

• Preferred university degree or above from top tiered institutes
• Demonstrable collaboration, adaptability, flexibility
• Self-starter, hands-on solution provider, passionate problem solver with willingness

to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Preferred language skills in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin
• Preferred technical skills. ADO-CI/CD pipelines, SQL query, PowerShell, core review

and scan ability
Location: Singapore We are seeking a versatile individual to help us expand Quantifeed’s delivery and client success function in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing overall project management thus enabling the adoption of Quantifeed products by our clients. Understanding client expectations and communicating effectively with client projects teams, relevant business and technology stakeholders are key success factors of this role. Culturally, we work nimbly and collaboratively as a team. You will need to be comfortable working with different stakeholders and executing with pace and urgency. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups
