ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and will be managing a team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, welders, and painters.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Construction team
  • Preparing tenders and quotes for renovations, house extensions and new builds
  • Improving quality, productivity, and efficiency
  • Being able to do take-offs, order materials and read plans
  • Addressing issues and problems within your job description
  • Being able to manage a construction team

Responsibilities:
