For our production site MERLIN in Bornheim we are looking as of now in full-time for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Research & Development AST / ART.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute R&D projects aligned with Merlin development pipeline.
  • Organize, plan and support of performance evaluation studies in an IVDR environment.
  • Active management of clinical study sites until evaluation closing.
  • Coordination with relevant Merlin stakeholders (RA/QA, Application, Marketing, MD).
  • Support data collection and formatting to help delivering white papers and publications.
  • Develop new products following Bruker Design Control process, including documentation.
  • Write scientific reports (stability studies, performance evaluation).
  • Write technical files in compliance with IVDR.
  • Report activities, progresses and challenges during BMID R&D meetings and Merlin staff meetings.
  • Manage the R&D Merlin technical assistants team

Qualifications:

  • Degree in natural sciences (microbiology/biochemistry/biology)
  • Knowledge/expertise of Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing
  • Project management experience
  • Experience within IVD environment (IVDR, FDA) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills & Can do attitude
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experienced with Software tools (Office suite, project management)
