Job Description

MISSION

We are looking for a Project Manager, Road Engineering to join our experienced multidisciplinary team and work on projects of various sizes in Sherbrooke and Granby. We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both from home and at one of our offices in Sherbrooke or Granby. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • 8 and 10 years’ experience
  • Good command of written and spoken French
  • Knowledge of MTQ standards and AutoCAD and BDP software
  • Hold the ASP Construction card
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of engineers and technicians on road engineering projects, including geometry, profiles, pavement structures, earthworks and drainage.
  • Coordinate and supervise the preparation of technical drawings and specifications, tender documents, construction cost estimates, as well as various studies (specific technical, feasibility, preliminary design)
  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of projects on site;
  • Manage partnerships and business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Integrate sustainable development concepts into projects
  • Assist the manager with management tasks
