Job Description
MISSION
We are looking for a Project Manager, Road Engineering to join our experienced multidisciplinary team and work on projects of various sizes in Sherbrooke and Granby. We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both from home and at one of our offices in Sherbrooke or Granby. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- 8 and 10 years’ experience
- Good command of written and spoken French
- Knowledge of MTQ standards and AutoCAD and BDP software
- Hold the ASP Construction card
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise a team of engineers and technicians on road engineering projects, including geometry, profiles, pavement structures, earthworks and drainage.
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of technical drawings and specifications, tender documents, construction cost estimates, as well as various studies (specific technical, feasibility, preliminary design)
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of projects on site;
- Manage partnerships and business relationships with internal and external customers
- Integrate sustainable development concepts into projects
- Assist the manager with management tasks
