Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client’s organisation. You will be responsible for leading the strategic upgrade of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP system from an on-premises setup to a full cloud solution. Your exceptional time and project management skills will be key in ensuring a seamless transition that enhances efficiency and maximises the benefits of cloud technology across the group. You will also provide customer service and support to system users, demonstrating your excellent collaboration and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the strategic upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP system from an on-premises setup to a full cloud solution
- Ensure a seamless transition that enhances efficiency and maximises the benefits of cloud technology
- Focus on stakeholder management and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide customer service and support to system users during and after the transition
- Work closely with various teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of the new system
- Continuously monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and adjusting plans as needed
