Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

This project manager role will be responsible for the project / program through the program life cycle. You will be part of the team who is responsible to align the company strategy for a strategic growth in the program to ensure sustainability of business objectives, commitments and goals, near and long term.
You will be responsible to plan and coordinate project requirements, specifically management of the supply chain process (end-to-end) for frozen proteins in alignment with governance policy requirements. The job entails regular interface with government authority, thus expertise in managing government agencies will be a bonus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create project plans/milestones for compliance, implementation, and execution for the overall program life cycle.
  • Update and maintain the dashboard reports that provides the project indicators and overview of the status to the relevant government authorities.
  • Assist on the notes of meetings with proper document keeping and follow up of action items from previous meetings.
  • Ensure all process flow mapping are up to date, with proper process controls in place to ensure governance of the project.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, including managing the project budget and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
  • Track and implement action plans for all the key performance indicators, ensuring all project work plans are on track.
  • Assist the Head of Project Management in report generation and analysis with operations follow up.
  • Analyse and manage the P&L to ensure the programme profitability and sustainability.
  • Proactive checks and follow up with all necessary PIC/vendors to ensure timely provision of supporting document that is required for the monthly submissions.
  • Ensure cost recovery for all OPEX in the program, and validate document for the cost submission.
  • Responsible for all levels of communication and alignment, cross collaborate with various functions to ensure progress are made in accordance to project plan.
