Summary
For the Area “Ground Based Systems Survivability” we are looking for a “Project Manager Selfprotection Ground (f/m/d)” at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.
The Area “Ground Based Systems Survivability” is responsible for handling national and international customer projects as well as internal development projects for self-protection systems for land vehicles.
The interdisciplinary project teams are made up of team members from the areas of Finance, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Production and Sales, among others.

Your Tasks

• Handling of customer projects for the multifunctional self-protection system (MUSS)
• Possibility of project management MUSS as well as further development
• Integrated project control and reporting
• Ensuring the achievement of project goals, especially in the dimensions of cost, time and performance/quality
• Initiation, control and coordination of all measures necessary to achieve the objectives in the organizational units involved
• Supporting the acquisition as well as the preparation of offers based on customer inquiries

Willingness to travel on business is required

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, engineering or comparable as well as completed master studies in the field of business administration or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the field of project management
• Experience in leading negotiations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of MS Project
• Knowledge in the field of military products and especially electronic warfare advantageous
• Very good communication skills
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Business fluent German and English skills
