Role Overview:As a Project Manager specializing in ServiceNow projects, you will be instrumental in managing and delivering ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and optimizations for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external ServiceNow consultants, and other stakeholders, applying Agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, speed, and quality in project execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platforms, modules, and functionalities.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile Project Management: Proven experience in managing Agile projects, with a preference for those related to ServiceNow implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of experience as a project manager managing Agile projects, preferably related to ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile Projects: Manage projects related to ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and optimizations, utilizing Agile Project Management principles to promote a rapid and iterative approach.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work with users, internal teams, ServiceNow consultants, sponsors, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and scope, translating these into detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure Project Tracking: Monitor project scope, budget, and timing, updating risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, and other project documentation as necessary.
  • Manage Product Backlog: Prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria in consultation with users, development teams, and product owners.
  • Foster Communication: Ensure effective communication and collaboration among users, internal teams, external ServiceNow consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and project progress.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that could impact project progress or quality, proactively implementing mitigation measures.
  • Report Progress: Communicate project progress, performance, and results to relevant stakeholders, including the management team and project stakeholders.
