The Black Knight Security Lead Technician, working under the IT Director, will be responsible for helping to design, configure, install, and manage new technical project solutions in our customer’s facilities.

• Healthcare Experience Required.
• Salary 55,000 - 90,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other IT related fields is preferred with a minimum of two years’ experience in a professional IT setting.
• Experience in Project Management in an IT setting.
• Strong organization, time management skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with SIP and SDWAN devices is strongly preferred

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and install IT solutions that address the organization’s business needs, align with its strategic objectives, and meet technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure that all solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team during implementation.
• Optimize system performance, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Estimate project costs associated with hardware, software, and resources.
• Optimize solutions to achieve a balance between performance and cost.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all solution architecture components and changes.
• Assist project teams in troubleshooting technical issues and making critical architectural decisions.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end while defining the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with hardware and software vendors.
• Managing the ordering, tracking and receipt of hardware.
• Assist in keeping new installations on target for completion date.
• Attend Status Update meetings and report as needed.
• Hold all project team members accountable for tasks assigned to them through task completion.
