We are currently seeking a skilled Project Transition Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition of numerous suppliers to our forthcoming self-service platform, slated for launch in October.
Responsibilities include supervising the transition process over the course of six months, from initial build to implementing a comprehensive marketing campaign sought at guiding suppliers through the transition in multiple phases by October 1st.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management or transition management, coupled with outstanding communication skills to actively engage customers and suppliers. A proactive approach and a passion for driving innovation are key attributes we seek in potential candidates.

The role of Project Manager is a fixed term contract position based in Leeds with the requirement to attend the Leeds office on a once monthly basis and for adhoc team meetings with the wider project team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Extensive project management experience in ambiguous environment.
• The ability to work autonomously, recognising when support is required and seeking advice when needed.
• Be proficient in working with Salesforce and Oracle finance system.
• Experience working with third party sub-contractor technology partners.

If would be great if you had:

• Work experience within a BPO environment/shared services.
• Project Management qualification such as a Prince 2 or APGM.
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as JIRA
