Description:
We are in the process of recruiting a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant for our team. This role is based in Richmond, Virginia, and operates within the Real Estate & Property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting on progress across projects, managing resources, and interacting with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and report on progress across assigned projects and efforts.
- Manage enterprise program and project budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- Work directly with external vendors, ensuring accountability for contractual deliverables.
- Conduct project and vendor contract management, ensuring that contract deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to monitor scope, schedule, and cost across assigned efforts.
- Facilitate project meetings on a planned and agreed-upon cadence, ensuring that agendas are actionable and outputs are documented and distributed.
- Support Executive Sponsor or designee at governance meetings, as needed.
- Plan and ensure the implementation of projects and other assigned duties.
- Assist in the coordination of customer acceptance testing and/or training, as necessary.
- Close projects, managing the handover of project deliverables, and holding project reviews/lessons learned, as appropriate.
- Facilitate the development of project artifacts including project plan, stakeholder register, work breakdown structures, budget, schedule, communication plan, risks, and issues.
- Maintain project register/repository of documents.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Manager or Sr. Consultant role within the Real Estate & Property industry.
- Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for managing projects and tasks.
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their application in the real estate industry.
- Experience in using CRM systems for managing client relationships and interactions.
- Ability to work with databases for storing, retrieving, and managing data.
- Knowledge of EO/IR systems and their application in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using About Time for managing work hours and schedules.
- Experience in AB Testing for optimizing user experiences and interfaces.
- Familiarity with Budget Processes and ability to manage budgets for various projects.
- Ability to produce Deliverables on time and to the required standard.
- Experience in Design and ability to use design principles in project planning and execution.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Project for planning, executing, and tracking project progress.
- Familiarity with Waterfall project management methodology.
- Experience in using Agile project management methodology and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
