ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Stellar has partnered with a nation-wide renowned commercial construction company that is looking for a Project Manager to join their team due to recent projects won. The projects are a mix between high rises and commercial buildings. Our client is privately owned, has over 100+ staff, offers career growth and a large scope of work.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner
- A high level of programming and planning
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, including any issues or delays.
- Ensure health & safety is being adhered to at all times
